Ukraine's presidential race is blurring the line between politics and reality TV.
An ultra-long-shot candidate has decided to turn his campaign into a dating show. Ihor Shevchenko, a boyish-looking, 48-year-old comedian released a web series titled, “Do You Want to Become the Wife of a President?” About 300 women submitted online applications and the entire selection process will be filmed and edited into 12-minute segments. As of now, you can check out a trailer on Facebook and YouTube. The group will be whittled down to 10 to 15 finalists via segments that include debates among the contenders.
The finalists will get to go on individual dates with the presidential candidate. But the finale will air well after Sunday's presidential election.
