North Korea called off an inter-Korean cultural event, six days before it was scheduled to be held at its Mount Kumgang resort on February 4th.

A joint inter-Korean cultural event has fallen through after North Korea unilaterally canceled it on Monday evening. The event was meant to celebrate the upcoming PyeongChang Winter Olympics in South Korea, and it was planned to take place at North Korea’s Mount Kumgang resort on February 4th.
