Larry Nassar, the disgraced former Michigan State University and USA Gymnastics doctor who has been accused by 265 women and girls of sexual assault and molestation was additionally sentenced to up to 125 years in prison. Nassar will have to first serve a 60-year federal sentence, then start two state sentences concurrently. This means, Nassar will serve at least 100 years in prison, an effective life sentence.
